Welcome

The Voices of MS video documentary showcases eighteen members of the MS community who describe what it is like to live with multiple sclerosis and how they have learned to cope with its effects. The range of discussion covers such topics as the ordeal of diagnosis, the response of denial, the dilemma of public disclosure, the challenge of picking up the pieces of a disrupted life, the treatment of symptoms, and the triumph of a life-affirming inner resolve that enables healing to take place.

Voices of MS started out as a documentary project in the course of which various people were invited to discuss what living with MS (multiple sclerosis) means to them. This DVD was produced as a result.

The Voices of MS project does not endorse any particular remedy, treatment, solution or answer. All opinions, advice, recommendations, etc. are attributed to individuals and reflect the positions of those individuals alone. There is, however, a general stance that defines and informs this project. The Voices of MS documentary subscribes to the view that the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual dimensions of our human experience are of equal importance, and that the path to wellbeing requires balance and integration among these four elements.
